Admin Plane

The architectural plane through which Admin performs administrative observation and control of the platform's components, distinct from the Member Plane.

Allowed:
- Admin Plane
- administrative observation
- administrative control

Forbidden:
- control plane (not Elonn vocabulary)
- management plane (not Elonn vocabulary)

Notes:
- Admin-plane communication does not pass through World or Conductor merely because Member-plane communication to that component does.
- Normal Member-plane execution does not depend upon Admin or the successful delivery of an administrative observation. Failure to deliver a metric, event, or diagnostic record does not change a Member-plane result.
- An explicit, authorized administrative operation (revoking Member access, disabling a Provider, entering maintenance) may intentionally affect Member-plane state. It is always performed through the responsible component's own administrative interface.
