Dock

An attached stack region that follows the runtime viewport or user. A dock can contain a carry stack or shortcuts into surfaces.

- docked surface

Forbidden:
- tab bar
- navigation strip

Notes:
- A dock is a placement mode, not a service.
- A docked surface preserves its durable surface identity.
