Member Plane

The architectural plane through which the platform performs work on behalf of Members: Runtime, API, World, Conductor, Services, Providers, and Models.

Allowed:
- Member Plane

Forbidden:
- data plane (not Elonn vocabulary; use Member Plane)

Notes:
- Every canonical Call, Dataset, Service Contract, and Service Publication exists within the Member Plane.
- The Member Plane does not depend upon Admin or the Admin Plane for normal operation. An explicit, authorized administrative operation is distinct from passive administrative observation and may still intentionally change Member Plane state.
